CO	Main administrator of the guild
XO/Officer	Admins, carry out OOC administrative functions (such as recruitment, remediation, etc)
Squad Leaders	Class leaders, lead class discussions, function as IC squad leaders.
Squad (members)	Basic rank members
Honoraries	Member's alts that don't participate in character.
