Formation Date Speech:

We are the 105th Special Operations Division. The elite. We are tasked with some of the most difficult missions offered in the war. That is saying a lot. We do also hold the highest success rating out of any division! This comes with the unfortunate badge of also holding the highest casualty count. Our primary directive is at all times is the removal of enemy officers, NCOs and of course anything else handed down. It's our job to keep the enemy in disarray be it through killing the leaders, sabotaging facilities or retreiving things we don't want them to have. Now we have an elite within the elite, coded Umbral Seraphim. It is filled with the best receptives and the most gifted non-receptives. Those chosen have proven to be the best avaliable and I have faith that they will be exactly what we need them to be. Nothing else is acceptable. I hope you all to wish them good luck, they'll need it.
