1. First you submit an application.

2. You must go through a one week probation period. During this time we ask that you spend as much time as you can with other clan members around your level and try to socialize with everyone in the clan when possible. We do want everyone to get along after all.

3. During your probation period I only have one mandatory RP session which is usually your basic "hey we received your transfer request, lemme get to know you" type thingy. Yes, I know, we already have all that info I'm asking for. In fact, I'll be looking at the file as I ask you the questions, just go with it :)

4. At the end of your probation period one of three things will happen: we will induct you, we will extend your probation time (you may even ask for an extension before you get the final answer if you don't feel comfortable or just want more time), or we will say no. Inductions will absolutely be done IC. Extensions and refusals we'll leave up to you as to whether or not you want to RP that out.
